* Trip rate billable door to door, $25.00 minimum
Holiday Hours (Scheduled) - President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
Christmas Day, New Years Day

Overtime rates apply to appointments scheduled within those time frames. Scheduled service started before overtime hours, continuing into overtime hours will continue to be billed at the regular rate up to one (1) hour into overtime hours. If resolution cannot be obtained at that point a decission by the client will be required as to continue at the increased overtime rate or schedule a return time.

All Emergency service calls (Un-Scheduled) require an
additional 25% added to the scheduled rate

:: Please note the following ::
  • While onsite, technicians may require exclusive access to the system(s) requiring service. Please plan on the system being non-operational during service.
  • Scheduled service calls should be arranged 48 or more hours prior to the requested service date. Emergency service will be handled promptly.

  • An accurate description of items requiring service assures that proper time is scheduled to complete the service call.

  • Transporting client equipment for client relocation will be billed at the hourly labor rate. This is required to meet insurance requirements.
